For 2016, Hilary Clinton Has Commanding Lead Over Democrats, GOP Race Wide Open

Nowadays the situation in USA about who will be the next president opens the line of game between democrats and republicans.

Looks like Democrats have a possible candidate with potential commanding: Hilary Clinton with 73 percent of Democrats and Democratic leaning independents, follow by Joe Biden with 12 percent and Elizabeth Warren with 8 percent, according to the Washington Post.  However Clinton´s favorability rating has fallen since she accepts the charge as secretary of state a year ago. Nevertheless Warren expects to draft an alternative to Clinton.

For the other hand Republican field is deeply divides without a particular candidate, Ryan 20 percent, Jeb Bush 18 percent, Chris Christie 13 percent, Ted Cruz 12 percent, Rand Paul 11 % and Marco Rubio 10%, until 2016 when GOP picks a standard- bearer, but for know is wide open. But after all appears like Ryan and Bush are in the top of the list, but other Republicans not named in the poll, such as Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, could be a potential candidates.

In contrast 90 percent of Democrats support Clinton and only 79 percent of Republicans say they would support Christie.

The 2016 presidential campaign star taking shape at the end of this year, when candidates of bought sides declaring their intentions. Is important to remind that elections will have deeply repercussions all over the world (politics, economy, social development and politics affairs).

This marks a decline from a Post-ABC poll last January, as Clinton prepared to leave the State Department. At the time, 67 percent said they viewed her favorably. The drop can be attributed to declining support among independents and Republicans, as Clinton inched back into partisan politics and the news media stopped covering her as a globetrotting diplomat and focused on her presidential ambitions.

I agree

Given these facts, Clinton who would become the first female president, if elected, shows enormous strength among women, besides with a woman of the power give us and idea that the world is changing and that’s is the proof!

After all since Republicans came to the power of United States the country had became a leader, representing his power on the world. Many aspects have been transform (military, public spending on health programs, migration, etc.) even if Americans don’t benefits other countries, internationally results benefits the economy or damage. The future election will bring expectation to all international community.

Conclusion

Given these facts the political situation in America about the next president have a little tension over republicans and democrats, because represent an important change of power or the continuity of the same. Its important to remind that on international level the next election of the president of United States have consequences for every country that maintain relationship with them, so the statistics star to count and the next year the political situation on America will be increasing!

THE OTHER SIDE OF OBAMACARE

The article begins by noting the gap that currently characterizes America between rich and poor, the little emphasis that Obama did in his previous State of union's speech and the uncertainty about the effect on redistribution and inequality. Then it makes mention of new taxes and changes to subsidies in the health sector , which could symbolize a beneficial horizon of aspects of social reach and the fact of increased taxes for rich people. It also says that the speech was not too much detailed with arguments, empty spaces where the conditions that distinguish young and old , healthy or sick of OBAMACARE are not visible and finally the article says that Republicans have not been agree at all , it is clear , while the Democrats are very excited. In short, the article talks about how OBAMACARE  and the initiatives might affect the health sector and the society.

      Now, personally I am partially agree with the article. Mainly I would like to emphasize that the OBAMACARE probably let some citizens uninsured, those who do not satisfy the requirements that insurers ( the new health insurance market ) , according to the medical history they have, in addition to the fact that those not employed by a government company and can not afford private health insurance will be fined, as if they have enough things to pay , except for those members of native tribes and people whose religion is in conflict with the health insurance system .

      This can translate into numbers as follows : The fee for the first year without insurance is 95 dollars per adult and 47 dollars per child , or 1% of income , whichever is higher. But in 2015 will rise to 2% of income , which means 325  dollars per adult and 162 dollars per child. And finally but not least, in 2016 , the figure may reach 2.5% of salary, which translates into rudeness. Leaving many uninsured citizens results to be a good market. Those who have insurance will cost them from $ 100 per month and growing up depending on the quality of insurance granted. However people can be insured by employers , the private sector , Medicaid and Social Security program for children.

      Secondly, I think the dynamic is : More healthy people buy insurance (which probably will not use ) and with the money that insurance get of that, would cover the costs to ensure seniors and sick people. Although I think one of the most important problems is the lack of quality of service in the health sector for those who lack the resources to obtain private insurance

      In conclusion, the OBAMACARE is nothing but one of the biggest bets of the Obama's administration , with representatively high costs for security and social health sectors. Furthermore represents another one reason for the discrepancy between Republicans ( always against OBAMACARE ) and Democrats ( who see it as a great achievement ) in both local, and federal . But in the end it is a strategy in which the people can see that the orientation of the Democrats is concerned with the social welfare and the scope of public policy , in other words , the OBAMACARE means a positive legacy for the Democrats in the next elections.

Durante su discurso anual, el presidente de los Estados Unidos, Barack Obama, hizo varias promesas entre las cuales destacan el incrementar el salario mínimo para aquellos que sean contratados por el gobierno federal, la implementación de bonos de ahorro libres de impuestos para permitir que los ciudadanos ahorren más, impulsar una reforma migratoria, cerrar la cárcel de Guantánamo y proteger de cualquier veto que el congreso proponga respecto al pacto con Irán.

La sociedad estadounidense se ha percatado de la polarización que ha envuelto a los partidos Demócrata y Republicano y la desestabilización política que ha surgido en el país como consecuencia de esta falta de acuerdo entre las partes, teniendo como ejemplo principal de este argumento el cierre de gobierno que tuvo lugar el año pasado. Esto constituyó un desastre para la imagen de los políticos estadounidenses en general, pero más para los miembros del Tea Party.

El presidente Barack Obama tiene clara la necesidad de cooperación dentro del gobierno para lograr sus promesas y tomar acción para realizarlas. Por lo tanto, no es de esperar un 2014 lleno de desacuerdos entre partidos, sino de propuestas a las que se les de la oportunidad de entrar en acción.

Los republicanos recientemente hablaron de presentar una lista de propuestas para reformar el sistema migratorio, el cuál todo mundo coincide en que es obsoleto. El presidente  Barack Obama estableció en su discurso su disposición en firmar el acuerdo este año. Lo mismo dijo de su petición a los legisladores para obtener facultades para negociar de manera más rápida acuerdos comerciales.

Teniendo en cuenta que al presidente Obama le quedan dos años al mando, y que sus acciones y propuestas durante su presidencia han dejado mucho que desear, confunde y da a entender que existe un cierto dejo de desesperación en su discurso al haberse declarado independiente del congreso para “aumentar el número de oportunidades para las familias estadounidenses”.

Esto preocupa, si se hace memoria, en el congreso sigue habiendo roces entre demócratas y republicanos y lo que viene a traer el mensaje en este discurso constituye algo muy delicado para que se cumplan las propuestas, ya que esto puede alentar su aprobación.

En conclusión, es un tanto decepcionante ver el nivel de frustración que se percibe en el discurso del mandatario del país más poderoso del mundo. La falta de unidad política hace evidente la cantidad de intereses que se encuentran en juego y hace pensar que la situación sólo puede ir peor, no solo para los Estados Unidos, sino para el mundo. Pero todavía hay tiempo y el presidente Obama deberá jugar sus cartas inteligentemente y lograr conciliar a las partes. Si no quiere ser recordado como el presidente al que le revocaron la mayoría de sus propuestas, debe tomar medidas y ser cauteloso respecto al congreso, ya que, como dicen, el presidente propone, pero el congreso dispone.

Obamacare

El  día martes 28 de enero el presidente Barack Obama se encargó de  mostrar las técnicas de venta y remarcar  los beneficios y ventajas que contiene el nuevo programa de salud “Obamacare” por lo que invito   a sus partidarios y a los detractores de este programa  a inscribirse y formar parte de este  antes del día 31 de marzo, este remarco la invitación  especialmente a los adultos jóvenes, a pesar de que el programa tuvo sus problemas al principio  como un sitio web federal roto o pólizas de seguro de salud cancelados, Obama no menciono nada de esto  y dejo un mensaje  que desde el principio y hasta ahora  el programa Obamacare esta funcionando maravillosamente y que fue creado para remplazar al sistema de salud roto. Obama menciono que más de 9 millones de americanos se han inscrito en seguros de salud privados pero que no estaba totalmente seguro si todas esas personas habían alcanzado una cobertura de salud  a causa de la ley, el presidente menciono que ningún estadounidense se le puede negar cobertura de salud por  dolor de espalda, cáncer o asma.

Amanda Shelley fue una invitada de la primera dama Michelle Obama  que  se inscribió a Obamacare  su historia pareció ser  un caso  un poco comercial  ya que a los pocos días de inscribirse  a Obamacare le surgió una  emergencia médica a la cual el programa le dio solución inmediata, resolviendo así la situación médica de la paciente; después de presentar el caso de Amanda,  Obama menciono que de esto se trataba la reforma de seguro de salud, y que esta se encargara de dar seguridad y tranquilidad a sus miembros .

Por ultimo Obama menciono que si el plan de los americanos era reducir costos y mejorar su seguro médico para cubrir más miembros de la familia su mejor opción era Obamacare y que este no esperaba convencer  a los republicanos sobre los éxitos de esta ley, pero que el pueblo americano ya no estaba dispuesto a seguir lidiando con problemas del pasado y que no dejaría que los  votos en contra causaran su eliminación ya que  muchísimas  personas se han visto  beneficiadas por esta .

Estoy más o menos de acuerdo con la presentación e invitación del presidente Obama  para unirse a Obamacare.

Conclusión: me pareció ser una invitación convincente pero desde mi punto de vista un poco irreal al recurrir inmediatamente  al caso de  Amanda, no dudando de la realidad de la historia me pareció una forma de venta muy barata para llamar la atención de sus miembros, sin embargo la forma en la que abordo los beneficios y características del programa  me pareció bueno ya que lo dio a conocer de una manera muy sintetizada y explicita, al parecer Obama, Obamacare llego para remplazar  al viejo programa  de seguro de salud y así mejorar la vida de millones de americanos .
