G.O.P. Urged to Act on Immigration by Coalition of Its Allies

This new is about a  business group from Utah that are taking up a broad immigration overhaul heading to the capitol for meetings with nearly 150 Republican law makers urging them to take more proactive role in pushing immigration legislation to a House vote.

However, U.S. President Barack Obama, yesterday ruled out the possibility of an executive order to halt deportations of young undocumented parents brought by their families of small, known as “the dreamers”. He said his priority is to make sure the entire immigration system reform to "we deal not only with the dreamers, but also with anyone who is here as undocumented".
First of all, I really don’t see valid reasons for such opposition to Obama projects because there is nothing but the best for the country's economy that the 11 million immigrants to remain in the shade or the suburbs of the cities, paying the same amount of taxes as the U. S. citizens get a path to legalization and contribute to the economy as they should have recognized rights. However, A CBS News poll released on October 23th, found that there is public support for immigration reform, provided that migrants meet certain requirements, such as undergoing a waiting period, paying fines and back taxes, pass criminal background checks and learning English, according to the survey. But this is kind of weird because in the same survey found that most people think that the security of the country's borders should be a priority on solving the problems of those already present in the United States illegally.
"Let's fix the immigration system not to push anyone to an illegal process and we ensure that our borders are secure," said Obama.  So, the President is fully aware of the damage and pain that have caused mass deportations in the immigrant community. He has publicly admitted. In fact, ordered immigration authorities apply a more human when considering who is deported.
From my point of view, is not the first time that there is widespread support for reform but we know what happened in the past. In any case, we can declare as dead the prospects of reform is approved, Democrats blame Republicans but we know that President Barack Obama says very nice things about the contribution of immigrants to the country and also oversees deportations and Obama should not continue deporting undocumented when he knows very well that illegal immigration is at its lowest levels. That the anti-immigrant wave threatening have painted has gone down in history, if it ever became a reality. In fact, the flow of undocumented Mexican immigrants-who are the majority, has dropped to historic levels.
Anyway, in conclusion I would say that in his first term, Obama deported 1.5 million undocumented immigrants. From these deportations, more than 400 000 were carried in his fourth year in office. He has broken the record for deportations while still talking about the need for comprehensive immigration reform that if it takes a moratorium time on deportations prevent immigrant families are more separated. A high percentage of the deportees are undocumented immigrants who have not committed a serious crime. Obama should put a stop to deportations as Congress debates immigration reform
